Si ce type de son est connu pour intervenir dans le traitement de certains acouphènes, après quelques recherches, j’ai effectivement eu la chance de m’accorder rapidement sur la singularité de cet enregistrement. après quelques répétitions de 10 à 20 minutes chacune d’écoute et d’accommodation, il s’est avéré capable de me soulager de façon fiable. Aujourd’hui, il m’arrive parfois l’écouter pendant plus d’une heure pour ‘relancer la machine’, sans interrompre mon travail, lorsque je dois travailler plusieurs heures d’affilée sur un dossier nécessitant calme et concentration. Rien de miraculeux, donc. Simplement une présence sonore que je perçois comme amicale, m’aidant à apprivoiser les plus bruyantes intrusions du ‘fantôme sonore’ emprisonné dans ma tête!
