One of the components of the Exposi'Son Pico is consistently declining in quality from suppliers. Therefore, the Pico is no longer available for sale at the moment. Instead, consider the Ambi'Son Mini, which offers the same performance and even more for a slightly higher price. :)

This small device is an audio file player that reads files from the micro-SD card (sold separately). It plays WAV and MP3 files in mono.

If you are looking for a more "intelligent" device, head towards my "Ambi'Son Mini" module.

Ideal for creating a sound installation or integrating it into an artwork.

I designed the entire device: from drawing the electronic board to soldering the components. It is handmade by myself.

You can choose from the following options:

Here are some examples of what you can do with it:

The module contains a push button: a short press starts a single playback of the first file, a long press starts it in a loop.

It is sold with two screw terminals (labeled "1" and "2" on the board): on the DFPlayer circuit diagram, they correspond to "AdKey1" and "AdKey2". Therefore, you can add multiple push buttons in parallel by connecting them in series with a resistor: more information here or by contacting me.

The module can be powered between 3.2 and 5 volts. Therefore, theoretically, it is possible to power the module with your own 3 AAA battery box (=3.6V), but that's a bit tight in my opinion, which is why I sell a 4xAAA battery box.

The module alone is very energy-efficient: less than 10 mA! So much so that an "intelligent" power bank might go into sleep mode, cutting off its power supply.

If you want to understand how it works and be able to launch multiple files, refer to the user manual. If you want to build one yourself, check out my guide "How to Make a Sound Box".

Since the module is bare, it's up to you to equip it and build a small case if you wish, and be CAREFUL that nothing conductive touches the printed circuit board, not even the speaker metal. Risk of fatal short circuit for the Pico!

If you encounter any issues, contact me.
